Rotary pulse generator is widely used in the drilling industry to generate positive pulse signals in the presence of mud. It is capable of doing so by enhancing and restoring the drill pipe pressure. As a rotary pulse generator is able to cut off the blockers that potentially obstruct other pulse generators, it can be applied relatively widely when it comes to mud weight and the working conditions at the bottom of a well.
• Fit for replacing those conventional APS pulse generators, simplifying the layout of motor kits, improving the control system, and characterized by high reliability, strong robustness to high temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance performance, and decent applicability in deep well operations.
• Contains a brushless DC motor to drive the shear valve directly, along with a plunger that balances internal and external pressures; with all the main moving parts made from cemented carbide materials to ensure a consistent work performance and reduced mechanical wearings; free from maintenance under normal working conditions specified by the manufacturer.
• Adopts a shear valve-typed mud pulse generator to ensure the output of strong mud pressure signals, reliable data transmission and strong robustness to signal interference; incorporates a terrestrial signal demodulation system where adaptive equalization and neural network intelligent algorithms are applied for signal filtering and processing; features a user-friendly operating interface, meeting the practical needs of customers.
• Powered either by batteries or power generators.
